System Arrangement:

Locate and secure support bracket at recommended spacing.

NOTE:

Locate support brackets at a spacing that is divisible into the conductor bar lengths. This will always insure that the joint positions do not interfere with the support brackets.

Observe all alignment tolerance Hanger support brackets come complete with all necessary mounting holes and easy installation of hangers with slide in slots.

We manufacture a wide range of Compact Shrouded Conductor Bus Bar System, which finds application in various types of crane and other mobile equipment. These are fabricated using galvanized steel, copper, aluminium or stainless steel which ensures durability and are specifically colored for full visibility. We offer protective insulation of high impact gloss finish, pvc or bayblend compound to our range, depending upon the atmospheric temperature under which the system is to operate. Our systems are available in the range of 60 amps to 400 amps and are finger safe. Under no-load situation, the collector can be easily pulled down from the conductor bar to check and replace contact shoes. These conductor bars are dimensionally interchangeable.
